If a product is significantly defective (unusable or unrecognisable), we’ll replace or refund it promptly. Additionally, since our printing process is manual, there may be slight variations in the print positioning. However, these shifts are usually minimal and should not be a concern.

For shipping, we have trusted courier partners to ensure we can help track your orders on your behalf. However, we cannot control external delays in the logistics. For international orders, on the other hand, taxes, duties and import fees due shall be covered by the buyer.
