The turnaround time for your orders is:
- Express 24-hr turnaround
- 2-week standard turnaround time
Express 24-hour Production Time
Our 24-hour express service option is available for select products, depending on their type and availability. For this turnaround time to occur, we would require the following:
- Orders placed with a valid purchase order before 10:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
- Artwork proof provided within 1 hour.
- Approval needed within 30 minutes
- Full payment or deposit is paid immediately upon approval.
- After approval and payment, your customer merchandise will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next working day.
Standard Production Timeline
Our standard turnaround time is 10 working days. This includes artwork approval and custom branding on the products. To honour our standard turnaround times, we require the following:
- Sending of the purchase orders from Monday to Friday.
- Artwork approval will be sent within 24 hours. Your authorisation will be needed within the next day.
- The invoice must be paid upon artwork approval (unless there is a written credit approval consent from your account manager).
