We recognise that digital previews may not be enough to give you peace of mind, especially for major campaigns. Custom Merchandise offers a comprehensive sampling service, enabling businesses to physically assess promotional items and custom uniforms before committing to a larger order.
Free Unbranded Samples
Custom Merchandise also provides free, unbranded samples for you to try and help you assess the quality of our products. These samples are sourced from stock or previous orders, which accurately represent the product, including the following:
- Size
- Shape
- Colour
- Material composition
- Available branding area
Unbranded samples are provided at no cost, with freight charges being the only expense. For samples valued over AUD$15, charges apply based on the lowest price tier published on our website. For full eligibility and conditions, please refer to our sampling guidelines.
Branded Pre-Production Samples
When brand precision is crucial—especially for large-volume orders or executive approvals—Custom Merchandise offers pre-production samples. These are individually produced with your logo and serve as a final check before full production begins.
Ideal for high-stakes or large-scale campaigns, pre-production samples help you:
- Confirm the colour accuracy of your logo
- Approve logo size and placement
- Ensure consistency with your brand guidelines
- Present a physical sample to management or marketing teams
Turnaround times may vary, so we recommend consulting your account manager if your deadline is tight. These samples incur a standard setup fee between AUD$60 and AUD$200, depending on the product and delivery requirements, to cover the costs of setup, labour, and production. For standard orders, we also offer complimentary digital mock-ups featuring your logo on the selected products at no additional cost.
